   What is the process to set up multiple sites on Avantages Loyalty ?
If you have multiple locations, please just register one location to begin with. You can then provide the details of your remaining locations to our activations team at a later stage.
   Can I change my plan or cancel at anytime?
Absolutely. Avantages Loyalty is a pay-as-you-go service. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. And if you wish to cancel, all we ask for is 60 days notice.
   When will I be billed?
While we request payment details at the start of your trial, you will only be charged once your 30-day trial has ended.

What happens after I sign up?

You register details of your business, details of your offer, and upload your logo.


2. Set Up

Once we receive your registration, our activations team will enable your offer on the system. We will then email you instructions on how you can start using the program straight away.


3. Welcome Pack

We will also post your Welcome Pack and email you the tracking details.


4. Implementation

Just like you, we want your digital loyalty program to be a success! Our dedicated Customer Success team will be available to assist you along the way, wherever you shall need it.
